The Nassau Players Club, is represented by a Board of Directors, which is elected by the membership and is empowered to make all the decisions for the benefit of the Club. The Board meets approximately four times a year to discuss all the issues pertaining to the Club; such as the previous year's tournaments, members' participation and tournaments for the upcoming season. A general membership meeting is held twice a year, once in the Spring and once in the Fall.
The Board communicates with the membership via email and regular mail and when an issue has to be addressed with a member, it is then done depending on the severity of the issue, on the telephone or in person.
The Board is comprised of a President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Member Representative, Membership Chairman, Handicap Chairman, Tournament Chairman and Secretary.
