11th, Par 4, 433 Yards, Hdcp 12

The slope of the green from back to front is more clearly visible from behind the 11th green, as is the open entrance to the green, allowing the ball to be bounced in to the green, a feature that is very typical of Tillinghast courses.

Although not immediately obvious, this view also re-affirms how much to the right of the direct line from tee to green the fairway sits, and how far right the tee shot should be played. In this case, the tee is on a line almost immediately behind the flagstick, yet the entire fairway is to the right of this line.
